1. Account & Eligibility

• You must be an Indian resident and at least 18 years old to use Grotm services.
• Strict Rule: Only ONE account is allowed per person and per device. Creating multiple accounts will lead to a permanent ban without notice.
• You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login details.

2. Cashback & Task Tracking

Earnings from offers and cashbacks depend on third-party advertisers:

• Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to reflect in your Pending Wallet.
• Ad-Blockers: You must disable ad-blockers and privacy-focused browsers (like Brave) before completing tasks.
• If a merchant declines a transaction (due to return, cancellation, or fraud), the pending amount will be rejected and removed.

3. Withdrawal Policy

• You can request a withdrawal only from your 'Available Balance' (Success Wallet) once it reaches the minimum threshold.
• Withdrawals usually take 24 to 48 working hours to be processed to your chosen payout method.
• Grotm is not responsible for failed or lost transactions caused by incorrect UPI IDs or Bank details provided by the user.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and software on the Grotm application are the property of Grotm and are protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Grotm acts solely as a platform bridging users and advertisers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of any products purchased through affiliate links. Any disputes regarding physical products must be resolved directly with the respective e-commerce merchant.

7. Changes to Terms

Grotm reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior individual notice. Significant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use of the app implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
